All in-stock
items are shipped within 48 hours.
If an item is temporarily out of stock you will be notified. Domestic Shipments
via Fed Ex or USPS.
Overseas shipments via Insured Parcel
Post.
Allow 2-6 weeks for delivery

be notified before delivery.
Return Policies
To avoid
ordering errors, please carefully measure your
head, following instructions on the order page and state
this measurement on the order form. Send me a color swatch
if you need a precise color. If you have any questions at all,
please contact me before placing an order.
RETURNS - CONDITIONS and RESTRICTIONS:
Store Manager
must be notified of requests for exchange within (7) days of
receipt of goods After 7 days, a $25.00 restocking fee will
be charged for each item returned. No returns after 14 days
from receipt of goods.
Returned
items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.

This number must be written on the outside of the returned
box. Returned items must be shipped back within seven (7) days
of receipt of merchandise. Returned hats must be insured and
shipped in the original package and in the same condition as
received, unworn and with original tags in place. You may request
a refund or an exchange. Custom orders may not be returned.
Items
damaged in transit: If the shipping box arrives
damaged, refuse it and notify Store Manager (We insure
all shipments). If you accept a damaged package you are
responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
